It looks like the launch of the new iPhone 3G has created quiet a stir not only among mobile phone users but with mobile phone manufacturers as well. Thus, we see various new mobile phone rumors and leaked photos here and there. One of these mobile phone is the Palm Treo 800W. Rumors has started circulating about this new PDA phone as early as last week. And now we gathered some more juicy specs and details about the Palm Treo 800W which we heard will be coming over to Verizon Wireless. So what are these specs and details? First, the Palm Treo 800W will be loaded with a 333mhz unspecified TI processor which is not really something to be proud of since its doesn’t really offer that much faster speed than the processors of other Palm Treo PDA phones. Next, we also learned that the Palm Treo 800W will be running on Windows Mobile 6.1 which is something to be happy about. And now for the usual round of specs and features that we expect to the Palm Treo 800w to have - CDMA 800, EVDO and 1XRTT, personal speakerphone, microUSB, external antenna port, microphone mute option, 3-way calling, HAC compatibility, microSD/SDHC expansion slot, rechargeable li-ion battery, 2.0 megapixel camera with native resolution of 1600×1200 and automatic light balance, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IR, 320×320 pixel touch sensitive LCD screen, built-in QWERTY keyboard plus a 5-way navigator, backlight for low lighting conditions. The Palm Treo 800 is being rumored to come out sometime in July under Sprint before it will debut under Verizon Wireless network in the third quarter. MOTO Q 9c now available in Verizon

Verizon Wireless has added a new Windows Mobile powered smarthphone in its line up witht he MOTO Q 9c. Although the MOTO Q 9c has already been available in other carriers, Verizon still wants to add it up to beef its smarthphone line up. An to entice its customers, Verizon is offering the MOTO Q 9c at a reduced price of $199.99 under two-year contract with Verizon. That’s pretty cheap for a smarthphone, right? So, here’s the skinny on what you’re going to get for $199.99 as the features of MOTO Q 9c is definitely a winner for its Verizon price. These features include; 11.9 mm ultra thin body, 64MB end user memory, 2.4” 240×320 internal TFT display with up to 65k colors, Microsoft Windows Mobile 6 OS, Documents to Go applications such as World, Excel, Powerpoint and PDF, VZ Navigator GPS function with turn-by-turn directions, Internet Explorer Mobile, ActiveSync and WirelessSync capability, broadband access connect, Bluetooth stereo wireless technology, 1.3 mp camera with flash and video capture, MMS, SMS, optional miniSD up to 8GB capacity, dual stero quality speackers, and polyphonic and MP3 ringtones. The MOTO Q 9c also boasts of 5-way navigation key, thumbwheel and enhanced QWERTY keyboard, media center key to access music, pictures and videos, bilingual interface. This smartphone also boasts of up to 273 minutes usage time and 212 hours of standby time.

Samsung Glyde (SGH-U940) coming to Verizon on May 9

The Samsung Glyde (SGH-U940) has long been rumoured to be released under Verizon Wireless. The rumor is finally coming true, in fact the Samsung Glyde will be release on Verizon’s online stores by May 9. Although there are no available pricing and other details on Verizon’s site yet, some data specs shows what are store for us uber cool slaves of this mobile phone phenomenon. Take a gander at the following Samsung Glyde mobile features folks. The Samsung Glyde (aka SGH-U940) is a side sliding CDMA phone that has only one key on its main face. Somehow mimicking the iPhone or iPod touch. But once you slide out the slider, you’ll find a full QWERTY keyboard for faster text input. The Samsung Glyde runs on CDMA/ 1xEV-DO and boasts of powerful features such as; Bluetooth stereo, Bluetooth printing, Broadband Access Connect, HTML browser, EMS/MMS/SMS messaging, supports various music formats, comes with a removable microSD with capacity of up to 8GB, 2.0 mp camera, hearing aid compatibility, video capture, voide dial, voice command capable, voice note memo, comes with Verizon’s V CAST Music and VS Navigator. In addition to all these features are the Samsung Glyde technical goodies including; 210 minutes talk time and 250 hours standby time, a 2.8” bright screen display with a resolution of 240×440 in 262K colors, can contain up to 500 contacts, and most importantly despite its bulk weighs only 117g. Verizon Wireless announces the LG Slim enV2

Verizon Wireless is following up the popular LG enV, with the new LG Slim enV2. Sporting a new design highlighted by slim and sophisticated black finish, the LG enV2. Is it a worthy successor to the LG enV? Aside from the new look, the enV2 is loaded with a number of features that Verizon Wireless customers and LG phone users, have grown to love and like. These features include V CAST Music and Video, VZ NavigatorSM, Bluetook capabilities, dual speakers and 2.0 megapixel camera. The LG enV2 also sports a full and spacious QWERTY keypad with large size external keys. This is well complemented by the enV2’s large 2.4-inch internal screen. Since Verizon Wireless is releasing the enV2 phone to the US mobile phone market, it comes equipped with access to VZ navigator, a location-based services that provides audible turn-by-turn navigation. Other features of the LG enV2 include; wireless sync e-mail capabilities, IM compatibility with AIM, WL Messenger and Yahoo Messenger, music player that supports mp3, wma, and aac/aac+ music format, microSD memory port for storage expansion, Bluetooth profiles, text-to-speech, video resolution of 320×240/176×144 pixels, supports WMV, MP4, 3GP and 3G2 formats. Verizon Wireless has just unveiled a new color version of the G’zone Type-S mobile. This little piece of mobile device may look a little like it doesn’t offer anything at all. Motorola Brings the MOTO Z6x to Verizon Wireless

Verizon Wireless officially brought the MOTO Z6 slide phone to its customers but with a minor downgrade. Instead of bringing the MOTO Zc World Edition, Verizon decided to have their own version of the mobile phone instead. Hence the name MOTO Z6x, with the x to distinguish it with the MOTO Z6c World Edition. And the X stands for camera which was taken out from the Verizon Wireless version of the MOTO Z6. The MOTO Z6x is now available for $179.00 inclusive of a two-year contract with Verizon. If you still want to get this new Motorola mobile phone, you might as well know about its features first. The MOTO Z6x has a dual network capability for international travel – CDMA/1XRTT/EV-DO (domestic) and GSM (International). It supports Verizon’s V Cast Music and Video and VZ Navigator services and is mobile web 2.0 capable. With the MOTO Z6x, users can do email, mobile IM, chat and SMS and video messaging. The phone can send and receive picture/video message even without a camera. Reading long text messages becomes an easy task with the MOTO Z6x’s 2” screen that can display up to 12 lines of text message. Samsung Gleam Add Sparkle to Verizon’s Sky

It features a 2.0 megapixel camera, stereo speakers, Bluetooth,music player, camcorder, and a microSD card slot, to name a few. Of course all VCAST services can be availed using this fliptop phone which is also equipped with what the network calls as “living wallpaper” as it not simple works as a wallpaper but allows the user to check the phone’s status such as time, which is available in a city or country view.It is now available and costs $150USD after a $50 mail in rebate and a new contract.
