You might want to treat this with a small dose of skepticism, at least until we hear official wording from Sprint itself, but according to the leaked document pictured above, Sprint will start offering iPhone trade-in credit given you grab the latest iPhone 4S. The program should kick off today and run through June 30; it should address both new and existing customers, given you sign a two-year contract and add a new line.

Just like there’s a lot of suing going on lately, there’s also a lot of settling (mediation) as a result of court orders (which is probably the wisest choice in many cases). Apple and Samsung have been ordered to settle their differences (patents) over two days next week on May 21 and 22 and now Apple has been ordered to attend a settlement meeting with HTC.

Earlier today, we reported that Best Buy was notifying pre-orders that the HTC EVO 4G LTE would arrive on May 23rd, a few days later than the original May 18th launch date. This came after news that both the EVO and One X were being held up at Customs, and lead a few to believe (or hope, rather) that this would be the new “official” launch date.

BriefMobile got their hands on a new back shot of the LG Eclipse 4G LTE. The Sprint phone, rumored to have a 4.67 inch display, a 1.5GHz S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13 megapixel camera with flash, 16GB of internal storage, and a 2,100 mAh battery, appears to be coming with NFC capabilities. That’s nothing too surprising considering Sprint is the main character in the Google Wallet show.
