Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G to hit T-Mobile in late March

T-Mobile has confirmed that it will be getting a new Android device as an exclusive next month. The device is called the Galaxy S Blaze 4G and will operate on the T-Mobile HSPA +42 network.

A device that almost got lost in the CES 2012 hooplah, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G has finally been given a more pinpointed release date for T-Mobile. The device’s most notable feature is the fact that it will run on T-Mobile’s super fast HSPA+ 42Mbps down network.

We heard about Samsung’s Galaxy S Blaze 4G — a device that wins second place for longest name behind the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch — last month at CES, but details were incredibly scarce. Of course, leave it to T-Mobile and Sammy to toss in a few extra nuggets in the lead-up to Mobile World Congress in the midst of so many other product announcements.

Moneto NFC compatibility comes to six new phones

Moneto has announced that is has expanded its flagship Near Field Communication (NFC) platform to Android, and has added support for six Samsung Galaxy S devices. This is in addition to the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S, which were already supported by the company.
