Words on the street say that the LG Chocolate 3 is coming out on Verizon starting on July 14. Being the third in the series of LG Chocolate models, we would expect this new mobile handset to sport a slider design. The first two LG Chocolates were the VX8500 and VX8550.  LG decided to make this new Chocolate mobile device, also known as LG VX8560,  different from the previous two models and released it as a clamshell phone. Nonetheless it is still a great phone which is geared for mobile music loving phone users. The LG Chocolate 3 will be initially available in Black and Light Blue colors.  Since this is geared as a mobile music phone, it is but expected that the LG Chocolate 3 would have large storage capacity. And indeed it has with a whooping 1GB of internal memory plus microSDHC support for up to 8GB. That pretty much takes care of storing many, and we mean many digital music files. Other features of the LG Chocolate 3 include; 1.76-inch (176×220) pixel external display with navigation wheel, a 2.2-inch internal QVGA display, a 3.5mm headset jack, a 2-megapixel camera, stereo speakers, Bluetooth 2.1, and an integrated FM transmitter. The LG Chocolate is a dual-band CDMA phone that runs on 800/1900 MHz network. As reported, it will be released by July 14 for $129 after $50 rebate with a service contract agreemene running for 2 years or $199 after $50 rebate for a 1-year service contract or an outright purchase per unit for $299.
