Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go!
March 22, 2008
Virgin mobile has been on the market for a little while and I think they offer a great service, which is a wide variety of plans without annual contracts. Plans without contracts and pay as you go definitely have there place. A lot of people don’t spend a lot of time chatting on there cell phone or you don’t want to pay the activation fees associated with starting up a new cell phone. Let’s be honest here people, when we start up a new cell phone plan there is always expensive fees, charges, and taxes. Also, lets not forget that these fees, charges, and taxes continue every month-we know this all to well. Virgin mobile also has no credit checks, no roaming or long distance charges, and you can switch your current number over. Not everyone has good credit and let’s face it a lot of people feel like they need to have a cell phone in emergency situations.
That being said, 20$ will give you 200 minutes at 10cents a min, 30$ will give you 400 minutes at 7.5cents a minutes and 50$ will get you 1000 minutes at 5cents a minute. These rates are very competitive, you can Top-Up your minutes directly on there website or phone them. If users do not use all there minutes up in 30 days they will lose them however, if you buy another pack of minutes within 30 days, any unused minutes will roll forward for the next 30 days (up to 5000 minutes). I’m a big fan of Virgin mobile it’s versatile it doesn’t lock you in to a big long plan and there are reasonable priced cell phones. Sometimes people just need the basics and Virgin mobile provides that and more if your willing to pay more money for fancy phones and there plans.
