Sony Ericsson Launches Newest Cyber-shot and Latest Walkman Phone

October 12, 2007

sony-ericsson-w910i1.jpgsony-ericsson-k850i1.jpgIsn’t this exciting! Sony Ericsson has launched two of its newest phones, the W950i and the K850i, both of which were announced in June. Both come from very successful lines, the Walkman and Cybershot, respectively, which goes without saying that we can expect that these phones are loaded with features to the brim, and of course, both are expected to do well in the market.

The W950i, which comes in a bold yet refreshing shade of red (ooh, perfect for the Holidays) and the standard chic black, is a slider phone designed to provide total entertainment — be it in music, videos, gaming and even high-speed net access! It comes with Shake control that allows the user to flick/shake the phone to shuffle or skip songs, or control games. There is also a SenseMe option, that would search for music to match your mood. Other features are: a 2-megapixel camera, a frontal camera for video calls, an FM-radio with RDS and Bluetooth A2D, memory stick micro slot, etc.

The K850i, which comes in Velvet Blue or Luminous Green colors, on the other hand is a phone designed for camera lovers, as it is equipped with a 5.0 megapixel camera with Xenon flash and video light for those perfect pics.  It is also equipped with software to ensure that you get the pics you want, such as Photo Fix that automatically improves light balance in one click, and an image stabilizer. It is also equipped with other goodies, including turbo 3G speed interner access. So what are you waitng for? Start saying cheese!

Both phones are said to be available starting this month.
