While Motorola and Nokia’s solar-powered phones are still in the development stage, it seems that a Chinese manufacturer has beaten them to the punch.
At the China Beijing International Expo 2007, Beijing Hengjiweiye presented its earth-friendly solar-cell having mobile phone. This flip phone makes use of any light source to charge its battery.
