Combining the GPS of the G500 model and the Wi-Fi capability of the M600, Eten have come up with the X500 GSM. While it doesn’t have the internal memory the M600+ possessed (128MB flash ROM compared to 256MB of the M600+), or 3G frequencies (UMTS) for that matter, this Quad-band GSM, GPRS/EDGE phone it is still quite formidable in itself. The X500 possesses a 2 megapixel digital camera, a QVGA touch screen display and microSD memory expansion slot. The X500 is powered by Windows Mobile OS for Pocket PC phones.
The X500 specifications include the following:

- 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, Samsung 2442 400MHz Processor
- Quad-band GSM, GPRS/EDGE
- Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, GPS via SirfStarIII chip
