Another Android 2.0 Phone - Verizon’s DROID ERIS

Following Motorola’s DROID phone, here comes HTC and Verizon with another smartphone running the new Android 2.0 platform. This time it goes by the name - Verizon DROID ERIS. This new smartphone combines HTC’s proprietary “Sense” technology with the capabilities of the Android 2.0 platform in bringing a mobile device that provides a pleasant mobile experience suited for users’ specific needs.
DROID ERIS boasts of a seven-panel wide home screen which can be setup with wide variety of widgets that brings the most important mobile information upfront. The phone’s homescreen is highly customizable to suit one’s preferences. And with HTC’s Sense feature, you can create multiple home screen containing different widgets and shortcuts.
