Samsung SGH-i770Instead of the previously reported specs that say that the Samsung SGH-i770 was a smartphone, the i770 is actually a Flip Pocket PC phone with a touch screen. According to the FCC approved draft manual, it comes with EDGE, GPRS, Wi-Fi and bluetooth connection. Wi-Fi connection is one of the useful feature since more Wi-Fi hotspots can be found compared to few years back.

Verizon Wireless chooses Lucent for EV-DO Rev A

Verizon Wireless announced it has chosen Lucent to deploy EV-DO Revision A, this network upgrade is a combination of hardware and software updates.
