LG LP3900 Slider Phone

LG introduced in Korea the LG-LP3900 slider phone. But, I don’t like slider phones. Why do people like slider phones? They are a poor design in my opinion–to much friction between the two “plates” (plus the food that’ll get between them). ![]()
Sooner or later, they’ll break (and sooner than non-slider models). Then again, new phones become really so passe within a few months anyway these days.

Motorola Moto Q - Blackberry Killer?

Some folks are already saying the Moto Q is a Blackberry killer. I even read somewhere that RIM shares went down when the Moto Q prototype photos were leaked onto the web.
My own take? I don’t think anything yet on the market has come close to killing off the Blackberry. But, there are serious contenders–like Good Technology and now this Moto Q.
