The courtroom battle between Motorola and Apple is far from being over and Motorola scored a recent victory when a German court granted an injunction against Apple’s iCloud and the predecessor, MobileMe. Apparently, Motorola is looking to get 2.25% out of Apple’s sales — Florian Mueller believes after looking at recently uncovered documents — in return for licensing FRAND (fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory terms) patents.
